Mobile App
The new mobile app is now available and offers an easy way to view your balance due and schedule and submit payments right from your smart phone! To begin using the app on your mobile device:
From Google Play or the Apple App Store, search and download the rmResident app. After you open the app, you will be asked to enter the following Company Code: San Click “Sign Up” or log in using your existing Tenant Portal log in information.
Do NOT utilize “Service Issue” option, any messages sent through this option will not be viewed.
CashPay with Paylease
Make your payment in cash while you’re out running errands! Now you can make a payment with cash at any CheckFreePay location, which includes major retailers such as: Walmart, Kmart, Ace Cash Express, and more!
