Late Payment

We understand that at times it can be hard to make a monthly payment on time.

If you’re having a difficult month and think you might not be able to make your payment on time, the best (and most important) thing to do is give us a call right away at (714) 532-2340 and let us know.

This call is all about helping you. We will do everything we can to understand your situation and work out an arrangement for getting you back on track. The sooner you call, the more we can help.                                            

Mobile App

The new mobile app is now available and offers an easy way to view your balance due and schedule and submit payments right from your smart phone! To begin using the app on your mobile device:

From Google Play or the Apple App Store, search and download the rmResident app.
After you open the app, you will be asked to enter the following Company Code: San
Click “Sign Up” or log in using your existing Tenant Portal log in information.

Do NOT utilize “Service Issue” option, any messages sent through this option will not be viewed.

CashPay with Paylease

Make your payment in cash while you’re out running errands! Now you can make  a payment with cash at any CheckFreePay location, which includes major retailers such as: Walmart, Kmart, Ace Cash Express, and more!

Find your nearest location at https://paylease.com/cashpay/locations.

To pay with cash, follow these steps:

  1. Visit a CheckFreePay retail location with your unique member ID.
    Member ID: *You must request your Member ID*
  2. Advise the agent of your intent to make a payment, then give the agent your member ID and cash payment.
  3. Collect a receipt and you’re done! Your payment will be sent to us!

Note: There is a convenience fee of $4.00.

Pay by Phone

Pay by phone with assistance from one of our agents during normal business hours. Please have your account number and method of payment ready.

Things to keep in mind regarding Web and Automated Payments:

  • A loan cannot be due for more than 2 payments.
  • Partial payments will not be processed.
  • After a returned or failed payment, automated payment services will not be available for 30 days.
  • If you are presently in bankruptcy or if your loan is past due, these payment options may not be available to you.
